**About Freudenberg Texbond L.P.**

We are a leading global supplier of nonwoven products, and we're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an International Sales Business Development Manager.

As a key member of our North American sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the US market. Your primary focus will be on aligning with our development and production entities to determine customer needs and communicate these internally to drive customer satisfaction.

You will develop and report customer plans and projections, utilizing your project management and strategic planning skills to ensure smooth launch schedules.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 7-10 years of business-to-business sales experience is required, with at least five years of sales management experience for global, national, or key strategic account business.
