We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at Stantec. As a key member of our interdisciplinary engineering group, you will work closely with clients to design and deliver high-performance buildings and processes that meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and sustainability.
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for evaluating and selecting engineered systems or products for projects, developing job-specific discipline specifications, and leading junior engineers in complex projects. Your expertise in structural design codes, standards, and applicable building codes will ensure compliance and excellence in every aspect of your work.
A successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet project budgets and schedules. You will also have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
With a minimum of 10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, you will be a licensed Professional Engineer with a Structural Engineering license, preferred. Experience with Autodesk Revit, general business software, and industry-standard Structural Engineering software will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
