Job Summary

The Senior Audiologist is a key member of our audiology team, responsible for providing a full range of clinical audiology services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical audiology services to patients, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and auditory rehabilitation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior audiologists, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and professional development.
  • Develop and implement new programs, policies, and procedures to improve audiology services and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audiology research, technologies, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • AUD or PhD in Audiology.
  • Five or more years of post-licensure experience in the field of Audiology or a minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in the field of Audiology at UCSF.
  • Demonstrated leadership and professional skills.
