Required Qualifications:
  • uD or PhD in Audiology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • udiologist: Current Dispensing Audiologist License.

License/Certification:
  1. udiologist: Current California Audiologist license or a Provisional Audiologist license and full licensure within three months of hire.
  2. Senior Audiologist: Current Audiologist License.
