Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a full-time and/or part-time opportunity that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows and bathrooms, and emptying trash containers
  • Stock shelves and coolers, and perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Assist with gasoline tank inventory, checking product in as it is delivered from vendors, and performing other tasks related to store operations
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions, and maintain a positive and professional attitude
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
