Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical resource to support engineering design and implementation, focusing on automation and control systems.
  • Engage in discussions with suppliers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Draft and organize specifications based on project requirements.
  • Manage the tendering process, including Requests for Proposals and Requests for Services.
  • Document and validate any deviations from established specifications.
  • Oversee project execution to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor equipment installations and commissioning processes.
  • Facilitate operator training and develop technical training content.
  • Conduct assessments post-commissioning to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detailed understanding of equipment operation and validation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP requirements is advantageous.
