Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical resource to support engineering design and implementation, focusing on automation and control systems.
- Engage in discussions with suppliers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Draft and organize specifications based on project requirements.
- Manage the tendering process, including Requests for Proposals and Requests for Services.
- Document and validate any deviations from established specifications.
- Oversee project execution to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment installations and commissioning processes.
- Facilitate operator training and develop technical training content.
- Conduct assessments post-commissioning to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detailed understanding of equipment operation and validation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP requirements is advantageous.
