Job Summary:

As a Radiology Technologist PRN or Relief at AdventHealth, you will be responsible for performing radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment safely and properly. You will also be responsible for performing clerical duties, including answering telephones, completing patient records, and filing and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Performs radiographic imaging procedures, including positioning patients and operating imaging equipment safely and properly.
Performs clerical duties, including answering telephones, completing patient records, and filing and scheduling.
Assists patients with basic care, including monitoring patient condition, caring for patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
Obtains and documents patient history and explains procedures to patients.

Requirements:

High School education or equivalent and graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology or JCERT Accreditation.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification license in Radiography.
State Certified Radiologic Technologist License.
