Nursing Supervisor

Delmar Center, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Delmar, NY, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a weekend shift supervisor.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff on weekends. As a weekend shift supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing support to our LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

• Provide advice and support to residents and their families
• Monitor residents' conditions and administer medication and treatments
• Document resident care services by charting in resident records
• Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols

• A valid RN license
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Long-term care experience a plus

As a weekend shift supervisor at Delmar Center, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
