Job Title: Dietary Aide

At Aramark, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Meal Service: Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies, and procedures, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including the storage of food, equipment, and utensils.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal service, and communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Experience: Food Service Certificate as needed, and previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure, and to maintain a clean and organized work area.
