Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Escort to join our team at Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC). As a Security Escort, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain a clear view of the construction area to control entry and monitor personnel.
  • Verify and issue client-required identification to authorized personnel.
  • Oversee mail and package deliveries to the construction site.
  • Identify and report security violations and emergencies, providing directions and assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Conduct roving patrols of facilities, grounds, parking lots, garages, and outbuildings.
  • Remain vigilant for security risks and exposures, reporting incidents requiring a public safety response.
  • Conduct general observations for fire or other hazardous conditions.
  • Monitor intrusion detection, personal security devices, CCTV, and fire and water pressure systems.
  • Screen employees, guests, and visitors entering the assigned area, controlling, issuing, and recording visitor passes.
  • Maintain duty logs and record visitor ingress and egress.
  • Prepare written reports detailing security-related activity and incidents, reporting directly to the first-line supervisor.
Requirements
  • Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Experience as a Security Escort.
