About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
  • Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, and on-the-job training will be provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • 1 year of similar work experience
