Lead Our Home Health Team

As a Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health branch, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in healthcare operations management will drive efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve revenue and budget goals.
  • Supervise and support clinical managers to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish branch goals and objectives.
  • Maintain office operations in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, adhering to local ordinances and company policies.
  • Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and address concerns.
  • Communicate with the Area Director of Operations for direction and problem-solving.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Homecare Homebase.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
