Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist committed to delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure accuracy in billing procedures.
- Offer guests opportunities to enhance their initial reservations with upgrades to superior room types.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
