Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $28-32 per hour + $1 shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the upkeep and repair of all facility and equipment, which includes troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Engage in the configuration, modification, and troubleshooting of PLC programs and process instruments.
- Construct and wire control panels for machinery based on technical blueprints and schematics.
- Diagnose issues by observing mechanical devices in operation, utilizing precision measuring tools, and listening for irregularities.
- Maintain the functionality of machinery and mechanical systems through regular preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic components, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
- Conduct daily maintenance inspections, including monitoring fire safety systems.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
