Big O Tires Aurora is in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Automotive Lube Technician to become a part of our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be tasked with executing essential maintenance services on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
This position is full-time and hourly, offering a competitive wage ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, with biweekly payment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and other standard maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Ensure all necessary parts and supplies are adequately stocked
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and recommend services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Ensure vehicles are maintained according to safety and environmental regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
- Enhance technical and customer service skills through ongoing training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive maintenance or a related field
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
