We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Success Academy, a network of top-performing charter schools in New York City. As a teacher at Success Academy, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Utilize a range of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance student learning.
  • Manage a classroom of 20+ students and maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
