Position Overview:
Join AMR Corp. as a dedicated Paramedic, where your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional emergency medical services. This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for full-time commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the most effective response, adhering to advanced Paramedic protocols.
- Employ your skills with medical apparatus and techniques, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen delivery systems, and intravenous therapies to administer superior medical assistance.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and clarity regarding the care being administered.
- Assume leadership of the Paramedic team, managing the scene and unit as necessary.
- Operate the ambulance during emergency responses.
- Collaborate professionally with allied health professionals and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.

Additional Duties:
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance AMR's reputation and foster strong community ties.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid Missouri Paramedic certification or eligibility for certification.
- State Driver's License.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within six months of employment.
- NREMT certification is preferred.
- Driving record must comply with company standards.
- Successful completion of a Physical Agility Test.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare.
