Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel data
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements
Candidates for this role must have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual candidates are preferred, as the majority of our patients' first language is not English.
