Appliance Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team at Flamingo Appliance Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing repair, installation, and maintenance work on a variety of home appliances.

• Examine customers' appliances to identify the cause of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct maintenance work on customers' appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide accurate estimates to customers for repair or replacement of damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
• Repair or replace defective or damaged appliance components upon customer approval.
• Advise customers on proper appliance usage to prevent future issues.
• Install various large appliances for customers, including washers, wall ovens, and stoves.
• Maintain accurate records of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
• Billing and payment collection from customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use various hand tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
