About the Role

The Recovery Research Network is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in a correctional environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and evaluation services, formulating effective treatment plans, and conducting individual and group therapy and case management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in need of substance use disorder treatment
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as case management services
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Ensure compliance with center policies, federal and state regulations, and applicable standards of care
Requirements
  • Current Florida License - Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • MCAP and/or registered interns will be considered
  • Master's or PsyD degree
  • 2+ years of experience, specifically working in addiction/substance abuse and CAP preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and use of EMR
  • Ability to pass local and Level II background checks
  • Ability to pass Palm Beach Sheriff's Office background check
  • Ability to follow protocols to ensure safety and security within a detention center
  • Proficiency in English
