Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Brantner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated relays, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring quality and productivity. About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for operating automated assembly machinery, ensuring component flow, and troubleshooting machinery issues. You will also be responsible for performing changeovers and setups according to production schedule, performing quality checks according to established processes, and documenting the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble fabricated relays, as specified by work orders, diagrams, or layout
• Operate automated assembly machinery, ensuring component flow
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule
• Perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year manufacturing experience required
• SAP experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• Working knowledge of hand tools
• A safe quality conscious attitude working in a team environment
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
• Attention to detail is imperative
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed drawings
• Understand military specifications a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Team Player: willing to help production team to complete assigned tasks
