#### Job Summary

As a Phlebotomist II at InterSources, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations. Your primary responsibility will be to collect quality blood samples from patients, while maintaining a safe and professional environment.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Collect blood samples from patients in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner
* Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors and focus on process excellence skills
* Provide excellent customer service and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients

#### Requirements

* Three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment
* Phlebotomy certification preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
* Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric
* Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
