We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Manager to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage a Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve sales and service goals.
- Customer Service and Sales: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales results to our customers.
- Branch Operations: You will be responsible for the overall operation of the branch, including managing branch staff, maintaining a clean and organized branch environment, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to grow the branch's customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Performance Management: You will be responsible for managing the performance of branch staff, including setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching employees to improve their performance.
- Education: A post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail banking, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services, advanced knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings, working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies, and technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
