Job Title: Bank Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a Bank Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Typically between 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
  • Working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.
  • Working knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.
  • Influence skills - In-depth.
  • Data-driven decision-making - In-depth.
