School-based Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Waynesboro, Virginia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective strategies.
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Earn between $41 and $50 per hour.
- Full School Year: This position spans the entire academic year.
- Consistent Schedule: You will work 40 hours per week.
- Student Caseload: Support approximately 15 students as their BCBA.
