Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized behavior support services in homes and community settings. You will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change.

Responsibilities
  • Collect data and record in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
  • Help guide and support families and caregivers to implement new skills
  • Carry out individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Be a steward of ATS's mission, vision, values, and beliefs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and after-school hours
  • Ability to use technology for documentation completion and administrative responsibilities
