  • Collaborates closely with external legal counsel for documentation related to loan transactions.
  • Identifies opportunities beyond the bank to cultivate prospects for lending.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial lending at a prominent financial institution.
  • Formal credit training is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Previous management experience is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of lending practices for individuals and businesses.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial statements, cash flow assessments, and financial ratios.
