General Manager

At KidStrong, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our center team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and development for both our Coaches and the Families that attend the center.
Key Responsibilities:- Center Operations: Understand the center's key KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions, build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families, and oversee center-level initiatives.
- Sales: Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls, manage and exceed sales and operational budgets, and respond to corporate and client requests.
- Leadership: Foster a coaching culture, assess and document Coaches, achieve certifications, recruit and manage coaching candidates, and lead training practicals.
- Coaching: Deliver an evolving curriculum, create positive interactions with students and families, hire and develop Coaches, and drive sales through lead management and trial conversion.
- Prior experience in management or a related field is preferred.
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
- Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, and FranConnect is a plus.
- CPR certification and a passion for working with children are required.
