Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Membership Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing transactions, managing customer data, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process credit transactions and manage customer payments
  • Collaborate with banks and credit companies to resolve any issues
  • Perform credit checks and verify customer information
  • Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and discretion
  • Manage customer details, including all transactions and payment plans
  • Prepare and issue receipts, refunds, and invoices
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transactions
  • Maintain a tidy and professional workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns
  • Explain terms and conditions to customers
  • Collect payments from delinquent accounts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in collections or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Spanish speaking skills highly desirable
Work Environment

This is an office-based position, requiring the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, use hands and fingers, and lift up to 25 pounds.
