Nurse Practitioner Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing research NPs within the clinical research/inpatient/outpatients spaces, ensuring compliance with all applicable hospital and research regulations and policies.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with investigators and clinical research staff to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans using Evidence-Based Practices in accordance with study protocol requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science degree or equivalent provision, be licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Ohio, and maintain national certification as an APRN in the appropriate population focus. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee research NPs within the clinical research/inpatient/outpatients spaces
* Ensure compliance with all applicable hospital and research regulations and policies
* Collaborate with investigators and clinical research staff to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans using Evidence-Based Practices in accordance with study protocol requirements
* Work closely with the Administrative Director and Business Project Manager to ensure staffing and clinical care resources are adequate and compliant with available clinical trial or study budgets

Required Qualifications:
* Master of Science degree or equivalent provision
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Ohio
* National certification as an APRN in the appropriate population focus
