About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ambulate and transfer residents safely, utilizing assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as intake and output, food consumption, and other assigned information.
  • Act as a positive teammate, assisting with onboarding new staff members and contributing to a supportive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
