Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Kids in Concord, NC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans. You will also train and supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
  • Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team.
