Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Box Office Director and Box Office Supervisor, this role is accountable for ticket sales and customer service for all events hosted at Xtream Arena & Greenstate Family Fieldhouse.
The compensation for this position ranges from $11 to $13 per hour.
For part-time positions: Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge of the Paciolan ticketing system operations.
- Understand the specifics of each event, including ticket pricing, discounts, restrictions, and seating arrangements.
- Familiarize yourself with seating charts and configurations of the Xtream Arena & GSFFH.
- Execute transactions for all events on the ticketing system with precision and speed.
- Collect the correct payment for ticket purchases and provide the appropriate number of tickets and change.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons.
- Manage phone inquiries and address patrons' requests for information.
- Reconcile all funds received from ticket sales.
- Uphold confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Box Office Director or Box Office Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
- Excellent customer service capabilities.
- Experience in public interaction and cash handling.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a high-noise environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is advantageous).
- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
