You are applying for a position with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If selected, the franchisee will be your sole employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who establish their own wage and benefit programs that may differ among franchisees.
You will assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by overseeing effective work shifts and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

In the absence of the RGM, you will provide the necessary leadership to ensure the restaurant consistently meets Taco Bell standards.


Key Responsibilities Include:


Ensuring Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete all assigned tasks and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
Assisting the RGM with maintaining the facility.
Recruiting, hiring, and developing exceptional Team Members and Shift Leads.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assistant Manager Attributes Include:
Resolving customer complaints promptly and courteously.
Providing constructive feedback to restaurant team members in a positive manner.
Adhering to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
Interpreting reports and responding appropriately to address issues.
