Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales promotions and merchandise presentation.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, sales associates, and store management.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining strict control of all monies and sales documentation.
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with external contacts and all levels of employees.
- Basic communication, organization, and math skills.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably specialty retail or footwear.
- Basic knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Basic visual merchandising skills and an understanding of Store Presentation Standards.
