The estimated salary for this position is $24.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including fixed-rate pay, generous retention bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. About the Job:
  • Job Summary: Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist individuals with daily activities.
    • Support mental health and behavioral management.
    • Create a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals who have challenging behaviors.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age and 21 years or older for some sites.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Passion for Helping Others: Experience with mental health conditions or individuals with disabilities.
