Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your HVAC expertise to diagnose and resolve heating and cooling issues.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions to enhance their home comfort.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive sales success.
- Conduct all general HVAC service calls in residential settings.
- Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle needs and address their HVAC concerns.
- Present financing options and maintenance plans effectively.
- Upgrade outdated or inefficient systems to improve performance.
- Achieve or surpass revenue targets through exceptional service.
- Maintain a professional image to attract new clients and repeat business.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure operational success.
- Keep your service vehicle organized and well-maintained.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development through training and workshops.
- Mentor apprentices in repair and installation techniques and customer service excellence.
- Efficiently manage paperwork, including invoices and service reports.

Qualifications
Are You Ready to Join Us? Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HVAC skills and experience.
- Minimum of three years in HVAC service.
- Refrigeration License is a plus.
- Clean driving record is essential.
