Pain Management Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

Potomac Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to our active-duty military members at Sewells Point, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services within the personnel, supply, and equipment capabilities of the facility.
Ensure accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by technical staff.
Collaborate with clinical staff to develop patient wellness programs, including smoking cessation and asthma classes.
Provide medication information to clinical staff, including in-service training on new medications and appropriate use.
Provide clinical direction to corpsmen and pharmacy technicians and participate in job performance evaluations.
Maintain inventory control of pharmaceuticals, especially scheduled pharmaceuticals, and ensure pharmacy security.
Utilize pharmacy computer and robotic systems in accordance with MTF protocols.

Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship or documentation of relevant education, training, and/or CME.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.
Must be a US Citizen.
