Nous recherchons un Assistant en Approvisionnement pour soutenir les opérations d'achat au sein de notre organisation. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir que les besoins en approvisionnement sont satisfaits de manière efficace et en temps voulu.

RESPONSABILITÉS :
1. Assister dans le processus d'achat et de commande de matériel et de services.
2. Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour identifier les besoins en approvisionnement.
3. Maintenir des dossiers précis des transactions d'achat et des fournisseurs.
4. Participer à l'évaluation des fournisseurs et à la négociation des contrats.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :
- Connaissance des pratiques d'approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks.
- Compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft et des logiciels de gestion des achats.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire est un atout.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
