- Conduct necessary diagnostic tests as requested.
- Work alongside medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Manage multiple patient cases while prioritizing care needs efficiently.
- Adhere to all legal and safety protocols consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Deliver care with maximum efficiency without compromising quality.
- Follow all facility regulations and standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Monitor team performance and address concerns to minimize errors.
- Provide patients with follow-up care instructions and necessary referrals.
- Keep accurate and current patient records.
- Participate in required training and continuing education sessions.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional bedside manner and patient care experience.
