Hygiene Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant to join our team at Dr. Lane & Associates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hygiene department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are stocked, disinfected, and setup for each appointment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, greeting and introducing yourself to each patient, and updating health history and obtaining blood pressure upon each visit.
  • Accurately chart and document all procedures performed, including next treatment to be performed.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to maintain a clean and organized lab and treatment rooms.
  • Expose digital radiographs and reinforce recommendations for treatment.
  • Maintain inventory control in the hygiene rooms and sterilize instruments.
  • Perform recurring and routine work independently and assist in monitoring the schedule and confirming appointments.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • X-ray certification.
  • DAI Certification.
  • Ability to lift 15-20lbs.
