Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Door Lock Systems Specialist to join our team at ENG Infotech Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locksmithing, mechanical engineering, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove existing mechanical door lock systems from hotel room doors and other access points.
  • Install and configure electronic door lock systems, including keypad, card reader, or biometric systems, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Ensure compatibility and integration of new electronic lock systems with existing door hardware and infrastructure.
  • Program and test electronic lock systems to ensure proper functionality and security.
  • Provide training to hotel staff on the operation and maintenance of new electronic lock systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the installation or operation of electronic lock systems.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and maintenance staff to schedule installations and minimize disruption to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in locksmithing, mechanical engineering, and customer service.
  • Experience in traditional locksmithing techniques.
  • Knowledge of electronic door lock systems and their integration with existing door hardware and infrastructure.
