Nurse II

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Alameda Health System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Registered Nurse I with AHS or equivalent experience in a comparable setting.
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
