Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate complex aviation-related projects through all phases of programming, planning, design, and construction.
- Provide support to Airport and Airline staff, including attending project meetings, communicating directly with stakeholders, and documenting communications.
- Develop and implement project schedules, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal team members to resolve issues and work towards a common goal.
- Lead large work groups, including identifying actions, assigning responsibility, assigning due dates, assisting when practical, identifying and eliminating obstacles.
- Prepare and present materials describing complicated issues in easy-to-understand terms and concepts.
- Interpret data to determine the root cause of issues and analyze data to develop acceptable benchmarks for operational systems.
- 10+ years of working in the aviation industry: airlines and/or airports.
- Master's degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or Aviation Management.
- Project Management skills, PMP a plus.
