About the Role

AvAirPros is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Project Manager to join our team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting various strategic airport construction-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate complex aviation-related projects through all phases of programming, planning, design, and construction.
  • Provide support to Airport and Airline staff, including attending project meetings, communicating directly with stakeholders, and documenting communications.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to resolve issues and work towards a common goal.
  • Lead large work groups, including identifying actions, assigning responsibility, assigning due dates, assisting when practical, identifying and eliminating obstacles.
  • Prepare and present materials describing complicated issues in easy-to-understand terms and concepts.
  • Interpret data to determine the root cause of issues and analyze data to develop acceptable benchmarks for operational systems.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of working in the aviation industry: airlines and/or airports.
  • Master's degree in Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, Business, Finance, or Aviation Management.
  • Project Management skills, PMP a plus.
