Job Description

Expedite Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain requirements matrices and perform gap analysis to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Document and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules to meet business requirements.
  • Set up test data and test systems to identify and resolve differences between expected and actual results.
  • Work with business function owners to develop system test conditions and scripts, and provide guidance and review for application developers.
  • Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the modules tested and recommend solutions.
  • Design modifications and required enhancements, and identify their impacts on the rest of the system.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
