About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Driver to join our team, providing safe and reliable transportation of waste and recyclable materials to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Operations: Safely operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment, navigating high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.
  • Pickup and Delivery Services: Provide pickup services of containers filled with waste or recyclable materials, transporting them to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities when trucks reach legal load capacity.
  • Document Checks and Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough document checks and perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles using the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
  • Reporting and Communication: Immediately report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch, attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by LRS or directed by the Route Manager.

Requirements:

  • Class B CDL and Medical Card: Must have a valid Class B CDL and a valid DOT medical card or obtain prior to hire.
  • Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years and no DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
  • US Work Eligibility: Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
