Job Summary

The Supervisor OSP Construction will oversee all aspects of multiple OSP construction and maintenance projects, supporting an overall OSP program within a designated geographic or customer territory, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop OSP construction projects and oversee each project's organization, scheduling, implementation, and completion.
  • Manage material and equipment, as well as budget, for OSP construction projects.
  • Collaborate with and support others contributing to OSP construction projects, including employees and external vendors.
  • Manage direct reports and oversee performance by vendors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years OSP construction experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in managing people and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with no decline in customer service or quality control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
