Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, snacks, and hydration.
  • Ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
  • Conduct regular safety checks to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Document timely, accurate, and appropriate clinical information in patient records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
