Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, obtain medical histories, and interpret findings to determine diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
- Order and obtain laboratory and diagnostic studies as needed to assist with patient evaluations.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and injections in compliance with state law and clinic guidelines.
- Provide direct patient care services, including education, counseling, and health promotion.
- Coordinate and schedule laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures.
- Review, write, and renew medication prescriptions in accordance with written standing orders or consultation advice from supervising physicians.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current North Carolina RN and NP License.
- CPR certification.
- NC driver's license.
- At least three years of previous clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory pediatric care.
- Additional two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of patients weighing up to 40 pounds. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, dealing with changing situations and varying workloads.
