Advanced Practice Provider

As a Clinical Decision Unit Advanced Practice Provider, you will work alongside Emergency Medicine Physicians, other EM APPs, and EM nurses and staff to take care of patients and save lives. This role offers autonomy and encourages independent practice, allowing you to manage acute and chronic conditions with increasing expertise.
The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at High Point Medical Center is a designated area within the hospital that allows our providers to monitor and evaluate the medical conditions of patients. CDU is designed for patients who do not meet criteria for inpatient admission but are not well enough to go home and require further observation.

- Work in a fast-paced environment with a multidisciplinary care team
Affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Wake Forest Emergency Providers is a nationally recognized, 501c3 non-profit, proudly providing health care for all. We are contracted with select, partner organizations to provide staffing for Hospital Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency Departments, and Urgent Cares throughout the North Central and Northwest regions of North Carolina.

- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
